All members of staff were incredibly friendly, from the lady that greeted me to the gentleman that explained the challenge with my car, he was thorough, polite, and we actually ended up having a proper chat. The best service from what I thought may have been an intimidating experience, as I’ve never used the Mercedes main dealerships before. The price was WAY under what I dreaded it might be. When in doubt with your Mercedes and if you can, please use the Stafford dealership, I had to drive a little further a field as my local one in Stoke couldn’t fit me in for 4 weeks, but Stafford got me in 3 days. Just an outstanding experience, truly remarkable, 100% recommend and I’m in the same industry, so this review is highly deserved as I know what to look out for and I don’t really give reviews, but this place knows how to treat customers, how the industry works and what people expect from it. Brilliant job guys, well done!

Splendid service

Great facilities and helpful, friendly staff. I was even given the use of an office so I could take an important work conference call while I waited. The 'normal' facilities for waiting (TV, Coffee, work/deskspace etc.) are excellent - I'm a very satisfied customer and feel my custom is valued by the Dealership!
