The staff at Lookers Stafford were very accommodating with my needs and i shall be using this branch instead of using Lookers in Cobridge who seam to have lost the customer care ethos.Well done Lookers Stafford.

Not happy with the outcome with the problem of the two front wheels / tyres and tracking on a two year old car supplied and serviced by you with only 12500 miles on the clock which stands for 2 1/2 months each year while I'm in Australia

I had a problem with the parking sensors. Booked in online for the 15March waited while they diagnosed the problem.New part would be available tomorrow. Sorry I cannot make tomorrow but the next day 17 th March. Yes ok come in after 1200. I rang on morning of 17th to check they had the part. Yes we have the part but no were are too busy today. Next available time is 29 March. Booked in and attended.This was unusual. Job done on the 29th arrived at 1000 they rang me at 1400 to say car was ready . I arrived at 1450 had to wait until at least 1510 to be seen. Not the usual service ive had from Merc Stafford for the past 20 years. But the job has been done and the staff who I saw were pleasant and professional.
