Our carc was cleaned on request after its MOT. Whilst cleaning is done automatically on service. It it not on an MOT. This is not the for our other vehicle. An Audi where a car is provided fee on any visit. Lookers should adopt the same practice.

The car was cleaned BUT only after we requested it. This an MOT and car cleaning apparently is not automatically involved as opted to a service. The dealership for Audi,our other car, automatically cleans both as part of the service and MOT. Lookers should adopt this policy.

This series of questions is flawed, the salesman Steve was excellent and was up against a formidable lady who is an acceptional purchaser We do not need anyone other than Steve who will contact us if and when he finds something suitagle We explained that we do not need finance As regards a test drove tjere was nothing that we wanted to test drive, Steve was fulling aware of that

I was told the mot would take between 1 and 1.5 hours. Actually took 2 hours apparently because there was only 1 mot ramp. If they knew that I should have been told to expect it to take 2 hours?

I did have an appointment for a test drive but unfortunately I received a call an hour before that the car I was going to test drive had been sold the previous day. I have since received an email offering me a test in another vehicle. I have now paid a deposit for another car which I should be collecting in the next few days. I was very happy with the reception I received at Mercedes Stafford.
