Perfect experience overall as usual, always happy and impressed.Booking experience would have been 5, but communication from my company wasnt perfect, so had to phone the dealers myself to confirm everything. Usually I get an email/ txt from the dealer confirming pickup has been booked etc., but this time I got nothing.Q4 to be honest should have a N/A option ref 'communication from the dealership' as I wasnt expecting anything.

1. I did not receive a video of the underside of my vehicle during the annual service even though I requested one.2. I have a cream leather interior however, the car came back with oil on the seats and door card after its annual service. This is the 2nd time this has happened to my vehicle! Whilst I was extremely unhappy about this, I expressed my concern in a polite and calm manner. Consequently, the oil was was cleaned off and a gesture of good will was made by the service dept. Mercedes should, as a matter of course, cover the seats and check all their vehicles as a basic QC before returning to the customer. I am happy with the way the situation was handled and although it should never happen, the mark of a good company is how they deal with problems. I am satisfied with the outcome and I will continue to use and recommend Mercedes Stafford for my servicing and repairs. Thank you for the way you handled the situation.

Overall a good dealer/owner experience. When I used the now closed Walsall branch, a technician did the handback which I appreciated. Having said that, the lady that dealt with everything was a true ambassador for the Mercedes marque.
