Last week I booked on-line a "whilst I waited" MOT at Mecedes Stafford, I use this location for both servicing and MOT. I was subsequently contacted via text and advised that a " wait you whilst MOT" is no longer available at Stafford. This is wholly inconvenient for me and made me question the benefit having a Mercedes Service Plan.Today I contacted Mercedes at Stafford and asked if I could book an MOT and wait, this was met with a positive response. I was somewhat surprised by this, and I and went on to explain the reason for my surprise. The call handler said I'll put you through to bookings where I was astounded to be told that this service was no longer available at Stafford. I explained that I had just spoken to Stafford, and that the service is available. The response was they leave us to say that it's not. What poor service and what an advert for the brand.
