I was very pleased with how quickly I could get my car in to be diagnosed and repaired. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was there when I arrived and made me and my son welcome and kept me informed with the repair.

I was told I would get a call when the car was ready. I returned 3 hours later having not received a call. My car was ready when I arrived.
