As always the staff were very friendly polite and helpful. Great service all round.

Don't see the point of the video (had them in the past) workshop is too noisy to hear the technician.

Everything was done very efficiently and with very pleasant people.

Outstanding staff, very competent, customer focussed and did all they could to source a vehicle to my satisfaction. For reasons explained in detail to Dea the Sales Executive unfortunately I could not proceed with the purchase. Only negative is that my initial deposit has not yet been repaid, as promised, which may well dissuade me from returning in the future which is disappointing after such outstanding service.

Car was cleaned and valeted when passed back also which was a nice touch

Service was Booked through a service line main number several weeks before but I received no further reminders or communication. The MUBX in car kept asking and suggesting I needed to book a service but one had already been booked. I turned up on the day fearing that my service was not booked but I was pleasantly happy that Mercedes Stafford knew I was coming. Everyone there was excellent!!!!!

Was told that service would take 1.5 to 2 hours. It took 3 hours. Would appreciate a bit more communication whilst waiting for car. Otherwise, excellent customer service

First class service. Got my brakes done at very short notice during the festive season. Spot on!

Was quoted 2 hours for the service but took 3 hours and an extra 45 mins to wash the car so nearly 4 hours overall. Also, engine oil level monitor not working after the service and took 60 miles before it started to work
