Can I just say, your Service Manager, Mr Steve Tester, performed an exceptional service. He immediately realised the importance of my vehicle being off the road. Subsequently ordered 2 x Nox sensors needed by priority order and fitted them as soon as was humanly possible. This speed and efficiency has kept my vehicle on the road which is a vital and essential element to my business.Please pass on my sincere thanks to him and his team again. Top service thank you

I thought my car was covered by the service plan until I went to collect my car and was presented with the service bill. I was told my service plan had expired. Maybe this iserror on my part and should have checked before booking. I don't see the fault being at the dealership it was serviced at. Contact from Mercedes to check if I want to continue with my service plan would have been welcome.Last year I took out extended warranty which in its self says I will still have the car which still needs servicing.Regards
