I was told that the car would be collected between 8 and 11.00But they didn’t arrive to collect until 11:50 and no call was made to advise me that they were running late.

1. Not happy with the outcome at the dealership re my warranty issue/claim. Dealer claims MBUK “wont entertain wheel claims”. I will be taking this up with MBUK direct2. As for the service plan. I purchased my Mercedes in June and for several months have attempted to arrange a service plan at that tim but the system was being changed? There’s still no communication that it can be done.

My vehicle was returned to me unwashed which is the reason I gave a four star rating

Returned to showroom following service coolant warning on dashboard and had electric external wing mirror glass replaced which was not defrostingBoth issues dealt with 👍

Had to return to dealership with vehicle for further diagnostics to find the fault.

Initially there was confusion over the booking as I had booked through Arnold Clark leasing and had a booking reference not recognized by Lookers, however between Lookers and Mercedes Benz Stafford the service was accommodated in a timely manner.
