Excellent service collected and returned as advised

Booking is a stressful I do not like the “call”centre way of dealing with with customers.On arrival very pleasant lady greeted me but unfortunately she had no experience of the mechanical side of things. Guss who handed the car back on completion was EXCELLENT explaining in detail the repairs and the course of the problem.

HelloIt was informed when I made the service booking that my vehicle would be valeted in and out following the service; unfortunately when I collected the car it wasn't the case, the outside had been washed, but inside the door seals were still dirty, the carpets nor interior mats had not been hoovered or dashboard wiped etc. It was not the standard of service I have previously received as a long standing Mercedes owner. Thank you.

I’m always happy with the reception and service staff. They are professional and friendly. However I have mentioned this before, I am very disappointed with the supposed cleaning. My car still had mud on it and had not been hoovered. I feel this is poor when the cost of servicing is so high.

Excellent customer service by Steve, also cleaning the car is a big plus,,as this service is not offered with stoneacher.

The sales person was excellent unfortunately the vehicle which l made my enquiry on was sold but the salesman kept in touch with a offer of another vehicle of my choice, however l have purchased a Mercedes car from Mercedes Teesside, thanks for your help.
