Unfortunately, I had to store my vehicle at the dealership overnight. Due to unforeseen high winds slight bodywork damage was caused by a flying object to a quarter panel on my S Class. MB Stafford were excellent in their handling of this issue. Steve ( Sales Manager ) took full ownership of the situation, sourced a local car Body shop who repaired my vehicle to a very high standard and had me on the road again within 48 hours. This vehicle has a Commercial use and any delay impacts on my business which Steve totally understood and made all the necessary efforts to correct the accidental damage. Top marks for a brilliant service received. Please pass on my sincere thanks again.
