Mercedes of StaffordSteve who I believe is the workshop Manager is professional, courteous and friendly. He gave a full explanation of what was needed and what work would be carried out on my car. A knowledgable man in his field and a real credit to the dealership!!Reception staff are professional and friendly always offering a warm welcome.Thank you to all at Mercedes Stafford.

Service department were very efficient and in fact on the whole all the staff were really warm, welcoming & polite. My only minor comment would be that my cat wasn’t washed at the end and there was only a tea/coffee machine there. There used to be a variety of other soft drinks, biscuits etc. it just didn’t feel high end. Perhaps I am comparing it to when I go to the Land Rover dealership as there offering is so much better and feels more upmarket

I was disappointed with a quote I had ,regarding a replacement buld to my exterior door handle. I was quoted £100 on the phone, when i arrived i was told it would be £175, which I thought was poor.The service it self and communication was good, and I was pleased to see the car had been cleaned afterwards.
