The gentleman who met me on the morning i dropped my car off, called me to advise my car was ready & handed my key back after was fantastic, brilliant customer service, very polite & friendly

Mercedes of StaffordSteve who I believe is the workshop Manager is professional, courteous and friendly. He gave a full explanation of what was needed and what work would be carried out on my car. A knowledgable man in his field and a real credit to the dealership!!Reception staff are professional and friendly always offering a warm welcome.Thank you to all at Mercedes Stafford.

Service department were very efficient and in fact on the whole all the staff were really warm, welcoming & polite. My only minor comment would be that my cat wasn’t washed at the end and there was only a tea/coffee machine there. There used to be a variety of other soft drinks, biscuits etc. it just didn’t feel high end. Perhaps I am comparing it to when I go to the Land Rover dealership as there offering is so much better and feels more upmarket

Surprised & appreciative of unaccompanied test drive facility

I was disappointed with a quote I had ,regarding a replacement buld to my exterior door handle. I was quoted £100 on the phone, when i arrived i was told it would be £175, which I thought was poor.The service it self and communication was good, and I was pleased to see the car had been cleaned afterwards.

During booking my car in for the airbag recall op. I was promised it would be valeted. I was disappointed to find this wasn't done.

My appointment was for a safety recall from Mercedes UK to replace an airbag.The whole experience was first class from the initial phone call, the welcome from reception and the mechanic to completion as stated on time.I was very impressed.

The salesperson I dealt with was Deanna who was more than helpful and extremely professional it was merely a matter of not agreeing on a price for your vehicle - not a negative review at allRegardsGary

Just that I’m very pleased with the service from Mercedes. Also Paul from the Service Dept is very obliging and gets things done. Thank you. They look after both me and my husband’s vehicles.
