Arrived on Saturday morning for a service, the garage looked short on staff on the whole. Took a while to get checked in as there was only one guy on servicing that day. He explained that because he was on his own there wouldn't be time to wash or valet, which is completely understandable but makes you wonder why he was on his own if this was the case. The service itself was speedy and had no issues upon picking the car back up

Interior could be cleaned a little better

Did mention on dropping off the vehicle about a shield around the exhaust system hanging down /loose.They said they would note it and fix it - unfortunately that hasn’t happened so will have to book at back in - very inconvenient as no courtesy car was available last time and the 3 hr time quotes for the service was actually 4 hrs so I had to wait longer again.Hopefully better service- communication next time

My car was booked in for an airbag recall. I was asked to drop it off at 8 o clock if possible. As I was arriving at the garage after a 30 minute journey I was contacted to say that the part had not arrived so I turned around and headed home.I rebooked and left my car at the garage the night before to save a further early morning unnecessary journey.I was greeted and my car was placed in a secure compound overnight. Paul from ‘parts’ was excellent and put himself out to wait for me.The car was fixed promptly and I was contacted for collection.I am very pleased with this dealership but would have appreciated knowing that the parts for fitting were not available the day before drop off.
