From a chaotic start as the dealership had no record of my booking due to the central booking person not logging it into the system, the dealership offered me a later slot.Very disappointed with the central booking and will always ask for an email with a booking reference in future. Mercedes need to investigate this if they intend to continue with this system instead of the client booking direct with the dealership.
