Ready before the original time, rang me so I was able to collect early. The service engineer spent time with me and answered all my queries even told me all the individual prices sounds as though I had a bargain by having a service plan. Always a pleasure to go to Stafford

I particularly value the fact that being on a service plan with you, you will collect and return my car. The same person has done this for several years now and is always reliable, professional and informative.Constructively: booking by 'phone was a positive experience when prompted by email. This was some 3+ weeks before service date, but, between booking time and service date, I could not stop the prompts to "book a service" on the nav. screen. Also still receiving emails to "book a service" after the service has been carried out. Not a great issue but irritating, when everything else is 5*Car noticeably better post service, my thanks to the technicians at Stafford.

The centralised booking number was not helpful - mainly because they assumed (in this case wrongly) that I had made a booking for Shrewsbury (based on it being my closest dealership) when I hadnt as I had booked for Stafford.
