I was a little disappointed that having been told my car would be cleaned, both at booking and reassured when I picked it up it clearly had not been cleaned.I had to return within minutes of driving away because the engine light remained on. It was dealt with straight away as it was not a fault I had prior to bringing the car in.

Exceptional service from the service department - these are not your typical car mechanics; the experience was close to 'smart hotel' levels of courtesy and helpfulness. The engineers gave me advice on how to avoid further unnecessary expenditure, and for that, I am very grateful.

This is my second encounter with the service team and I have to say they have been nothing short of exceptional. I have the upmost confidence with them looking after/servicing and repairing my vehicle and have to say after my first visit I will not be going anywhere else. Gareth is thorough and friendly, communication is great. Any work that needs doing is communicated to you prior to being carried to ensure you are happy!! Fab service!!

Yes. Due to my lack of communication with the service team, I was unable to post my keys through a letter box. Work commitments dictated that I needed to drop the car off in the customer car park very early in the morning. Feeling uncomfortable leaving the keys unsecured, I left them at the train station ( behind the ticket desk). I phoned the garage and explained the situation. Without hesitation, the person on the end of the phone put me at ease and stated that he would walk across to the station and pick the keys up. This was first class customer service. Well done and thank you.
