Excellent care. Felt that owing a Mercedes makes a difference

Deanna was very patient and spent time with us explaining everything to us. Her explanations were excellent.

When I booked the lady on the phone said the car would be cleaned but it wasn't. In fact I don't think it's ever been cleaned any time it's been in for a service. A small thing but for a premium brand and particularly for a premium model these are the sort of things that add value.Also would be good to be able to book online, especially for standard things like service and mot.

I cannot express enough the professionalism and consideration of your team from start to finish of my very difficult situation, being the sudden loss of my husband..and having to part with his beloved Mercedes which was expertly dealt with by Joe Riley,Then moving on to me needing a car of my own, the first time I have ever had to deal with such a decision ! But that was made easy for me by the fantastic Steven Woolley he found me the most perfect Mercedes that suits all my requirements to absolute perfection cannot fault anything about it ..I never thought I could love a car so much ! That’s what you call a good sales person who listens to what you want. Thank you Mercedes’ Stafford .

Excellent service from Drew as always

Great service and very happy with the process to service and MOT my 3yr old A200. One possible point of improvement is to provide confirmatory emails or texts after booking the service as a reminder and confirmation of the time slot booked. I didn’t receive anything, so had to call the branch nearer the time I remembered to confirm timing of the booked slot. Only a minor point though. Thanks.
