Whilst there isn’t a suitable car for me available at the moment, I simply appreciate that Steve got in touch to advise me and keep me updated. Too many dealers just let things slide. At least I know that I’m still on the radar and when the time is right we can do business.

I have always used the Mercedes garage in Stafford for my vehicle needs. I have never been anywhere else. When I booked the last service I inadvertently booked the service in Stoke and this error was not picked up with the result that I had a wasted journey. The mistake was mine but I feel that alarm bells should have been raised at the garage
