I'm happy with quality of the service and the information I was given about my vehicle but unfortunately I always feel that I'm being advised to get work done that could wait awhile. Unfortunately this undermines my trust in getting the work done by you. I'm happy to give examples if you would like more information.

Not too happy with the booking as last year car couldn’t be collected due to covid, I stated I was a motability customer but was not offered options so did not ask in arriving there found notice advertising same, in the 20 years as a motability I have always chosen BMW??

I would like a complete breakdown of the service schedule over the life of the service plan. After the service the vehicle display has been set to next service being an A1. I don’t quite understand how that works.
