I have been to the Stafford branch many times since I have owned my C220 over 2 years, I am usually served by Alice and she is lovely, knows me on first name terms now. I should update you yet again though that my name is Letitha and not Jane :). At some point my name has been wrongly input in the system. I'd appreciate it if you changed this please. I usually do get a vehicle visual inspection report but I didn't this time when I came in for MOT but in fairess I came in weeks before for a wing mirror repair and all was fine then. Everything was good

Purchased a car and everything was 1st class apart from when I collected the car it had not been valeted very well at all, I was offered to book another appointment for the car to be valeted but I simply don’t have time. Just a shame and slightly impacted the customer experience. All sales guys and management were tremendous through out!

The actual service was fine and staff was considerate, but the time taken was far too long, consequently had to fight the rush hour to get back home.
