We feel we are held to ransom!Our warranty can be affected if we dont carry out the service when MB tells us to, but Lookers are taking advantage of people by charging so much for an EV check up.You know there is so little for you to do and yet you charge a huge rate for just a few minutes work.It feels like Mafia Danger Money to us, and highly questionable with regards to the company's ethics.Please publish and share our feedback.Your staff are wonderful though.
