I would like to say a big thank you to Gaz in service, he called me the day before to tell me my service would be free as I had a service plan when I first bought the car, which I didn’t know about as I had leased it. So thank you Gaz for taking the time to check and let me know.The only thing I missed was the video of the service and I was expecting it to have been washed, but other than that I cannot fault Lookers. I will definitely be biting my next Mercedes’ fro yourselves

I received the video but was only checking tyres and brakes and was told would get copy of the vehicle inspection when collected vehicle but did not and haven’t recieved anything via email

On,y disappointment is that Mercedes finance were hopelessly uncompetitive. Have always done my PCPs through them. They were over 30% higher on APR than my bank.

It would be much easier if we could speak to and book direct with our local dealer rather than going through the central booking system. The Stafford dealership gives a really good service and booking directly with them would enhance this service even better.

Only criticism was that there were two many emails over an extended period reminding me that my MOT was due and to book my car in when already booked. Suspect they were coming from a different/multiple sources
