We found the technician more than helpful and had a query about scratches that have appeared on all 4 wheels. The technician went in to ask who we thought was the sales manager and we were told take it back to where we had the car from. This is our third C Class.We chose Stafford because it was easier to get to.

You are the only people/business to work on or svce my car, I won't let anyone else touch it. From the point when I book it in for it's MOT or service to dropping it off and ultimately picking it up, every step and every interaction with your staff is excellent.
