I am replying to your feedback request for the recent service / MOT on my Mercedes car DY72USP.As a long standing Mercedes user it all went ,as I have come to expect - the receptionist and other staff were helpful and friendly and the service / car cleaning was up to standard. I dropped the vehicle off at 10.00 am as arranged and didn't take up the offer of a courtesy car because I wanted to do some shopping at a nearby retail park, which is what I have done in the past. Unfortunately work on the car didn't start until early afternoon, so I had to wait in reception for much longer than I expected - it would have been much better if I had been asked to bring the car in later

Answers were vague. Having to repeat myself every time.

A massive thank you to Shabier, Neil, and Declan for all your help and support throughout the process of buying my new car. Both my dad and I were genuinely so impressed by how accommodating, patient, and professional you all were from start to finish. You made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable.I truly appreciate the time and effort you each put in it didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks again for everything we will 100% be returning!

The finance guy was really helpful given that I called in without an appointment he asked me to take a look around and he would come find me, Adam

Hello,It's with great disappointment that I write this complaint about the after care service I have struggled greatly with, since purchasing a vehicle recently from Mercedes Benz of Stoke, as my experience typified the generalisation that we often hear about "the car sales folks".I'd decided to jump across to Mercedes for the first and was after a coupe which I found one that I was endeared to at Mercedes Benz of Stoke around the 28th of August 2025. I have to say the initial process of being attended to was brilliant, as my messages were given very timely responses and queries answered. This resulted in me going over to complete the purchase of the Vehicle and complete necessary paperwork in the showroom (bearing in mind I live in Leyland) by the 29th of August. After completion of the purchase, this is where things have been excruciating for me as follows:• Finance Documents: I received the digital paperwork for the agreement via email however I couldn't access these, as they were password protected. I reached out to the sales rep about this (granted there was mention of being away for a couple of days after my purchase) on 3rd of September to get some help with this and received no response to my email. I attempted making phone calls about 2-3 to the dealership over the next few days requesting a call back or attention to my email, which was acknowledged by reception and I was assured I would be contacted by my sales rep. These calls weren't returned and I tried another email nudge on the 8th and also directly contacted the finance provider to get the docs which were subsequently sent to me by Red Line Finance. Docs from Merc of Stoke / Sales rep were eventually sent to me on the 10th of September. No apologies or acknowledgement of the time I'd spent chasing to simply get a response for my purchase.• Car Cleanliness: I was told the vehicle had only been brought in and was due a valet as the interior was in a very poor state with dust & cobwebs across the surfaces on the day I came to view it in person and on collection as well. Agreement between the sales rep and myself was that I could take it for a valet closer to home for me as I lived an hour away and couldn't easily manage back and forth to Stoke dealership. Reimbursement of up to £30 was what I was told and I was happy to take it away to sort myself and share the invoice, as I needed a car. I completed and also sent in the invoice on the 10th of September for the refund and till date 2/10/25, I haven't received a refund and I have equally chased up on this. First nudge on refund was on the 23rd of September (which I got a response from the rep saying they'd chase accounts dept) & second nudge on this matter was on the 30th of September and yet to get any response. 20 days on I believe I've been very patient and tried to follow all channels to resolve with the dealership.I've avoided resorting to slamming the dealership with poor reviews on Autotrader etc but sad to see that numerous complaints from reviewers just show that there's more that particular dealership could be doing to make the customer experience better vs just making it seem like their sole purpose are those target numbers for month end and ignoring customers afterwards. For my plight my chasing for the refund has left me incredibly frustrated as it's taken a lot of time and energy from my day to simply get back what is due to me and despite staying mindful and respectful, I also feel the absence of any apology or follow up is hugely disrespectful. It's the first of it's kind for me since purchasing several vehicles over the years. Having come from Audi, it's night and day what my experience has been.I'll really appreciate it if this can be looked into as I feel going back to the dealership at this point is very pointless and would frustrate me further. If evidence is required to show the timelines and nature of conversation etc., I'm happy to share those.Best regards,Uzo

So very pleased with Steve Bradford and Staff at Drayton Garage. Cobridge and would thoroughly recommend them.Yes, "Five Star" everything.THANK YOU ALL!

Hi,You have asked me to write a review. I have waited this long to see if the reason for the visit has been fixed and unfortunately it has not been fixed. You have had the car three times and not been able to fix the problem so if I was to give a review it would be completely negative and I do not think you want that. So I am in contact with the maintenance team and hopefully they can resolve the issue – then I will review the performanceThanksJohn Longbottom

Excellent and honest service and everything was on time and lots of help and advice

Reported a knocking noise when reversing within the warranty period. The vehicle went to Ford main dealers on 3 occasion to find the fault. The fault was finally picked up to either drive shafts or gearbox. Mercedes have now told me they will not be approving any works and it’s up to me to claim off my extended warranty. The fault falls within the warranty period by lookers. The insurer will not approve any works. Ford want 2k to replace the drive shafts.
