Original Fault still present. Can has had to be re booked in for further investigation of missed diagnosis faults items out of tolerance. I would also really appreciate it if I’d received either the technicians video report or alternatively a hard copy of the technicians report and inspection findings, eg tyre wear, brakes or any other information. On the front seat was left a report with items ticked that I’m pretty sure don’t apply.

Unfortunately the car was cleaner when I brought it in than it was when I drove home. The so called wash and vac was dreadful. At least wash it properly and then chamois off
