If, as part of the service, the external of the vehicle is cleaned, then it would be preferable to do a good job and not a half job as was the case on my car. It detracts from the other elements of the service which were very well done, on the latest service visit and on previous service visits.Kind RegardsJohn Draysey

For the past two services car has been collected/returned. Previously I was lent a car. No problems but I miss having a chat with mechanic when picking up the car.

I am interested in the EQA. I made initial enquiries and arranged a test drive.I then used Mercedes Benz valuation service on my present vehicle, considering a part exchange.My eGolf was valued at £18200.3 days later at the dealership, having had a test drive and seriously discussing dealer stock, the salesman seemed reluctant to accept this and instead inspected my vehicle, which is in near new condition, has a VW Service history and extended warranty. He assured me that he would contact me once a valuation was completed.As good as his word, he called me the next day, with a valuation of only £15.000.I was of course disappointed and a little annoyed.I would like to understand why a £3000 difference could occur within 3 days.The salesman, Graham, was at all times polite, knowledgeable and even stayed 20 minutes past closing to continue our discussions. No complaints regarding him.The dealership was convenient, nothing was too much trouble and it was a very pleasant experience.Apart from the £3k difference in valuation over only 3 days.I am very reluctant now to use the MB dealer network but am still seriously considering the EQA from other retailers.I would appreciate feedback on the valuation issue.

Nathan very helpful and provided thorough explanation of what had happened to cause the suspension issue and subsequent fix.
