Graham Simm was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to discuss alternatives with, and we would have been more than happy to have purchased a Mercedes through Lookers, Stoke. However we located a vehicle that was available and fitted our requirements, and this was no reflection on Graham, and would not hesitate to buy a Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Stoke in the future if the situation arose.

The new Mercedes Benz online car ordering system is too complicated and did not produce the vehicle model I wanted. Also it involved inputting of a lot of data myself. Buying a new car should be pleasurable and easy for the customer; this process was neither. It was only when staff at Mercedes Benz and the dealership got involved that things got better.
