Mercedes recall not a routine visit excellent service as always it’s a shame Lookers BMW is not the same !

When we asked a question about electric vehicles (Steve) he was both pleasant and very knowledgeable. Whilst waiting my husband looked around the cars in the showroom - staff never approached him and offered help or information!

The collection and delivery service of my car was excellent. The driver was very friendly and efficient and took note of a couple of points regarding my car that I know were passed on to the service team. I received a phone call when my car was about to set off on its return to me. John was very helpful in explaining what had been done to the car and arranging a further service plan.
