The engineer that dealt with my car was John Hancock from Hanley Branch in Stoke on Trent. He provided an excellent level of communication and clarity on the identification of a fault with my car. We discussed options and agreed a plan.When I collected my car, he personally explained the nature of the fault, as well as reinforcing the information from the video assessment of the car.Always appreciate that Mercedes valet the car as part of the service.Overall, a great experience with the engineering team.
