Booking was terrible. We contacted the number given the same day and we could not get a reasonable date - we then had problems with how much adblue was in the tank (it was a software problem rather than an actual lack of adblue). We also had done more miles than we would have liked by the time it was serviced. The lead in time is unacceptable. We would prefer to book via the dealership rather than a central number. Also the person that we spoke to on the central line lied and said that she worked for the Stoke branch then just laughed when she was caught out - totally unprofessional. The service itself by the dealership was very good.

The front tyres were legal but very low on wear to the wear marks , so I replaced bothfront tyres.Being a retired vehicle tester and vehicle inspector { local government } it would have beennice to see the vehicle on a ramp.refused by your salesman on h&s grounds.

My car isn't a current model (R129) but the garage managed to get the necessary parts for it quickly and they fixed it within two days. It wasn't cheap, but it was something that non-specialist garages couldn't have fixed.
