82315233 No response to complaint

Hello,I brought my car into the Stoke garage to have a windscreen wiper motor fixed. The woman on the phone, Neve, told me the car had a safety recall on it. I know that if any work was to be done due to a safety recall it would be covered my Mercedes.When I picked up the car, I was charged for a diagnostic report which did not contain the windscreen wiper motor at all but other elements that needed fixing. I was also not made aware there would be a diagnostic report prior nor that I would have to pay for it.I am unsure as to why I was made to pay this as this is definitely not what I brought the car into the garage for.Can someone assist with this please?My car registration plate is BL63 WXNKind regards,Kalee Myatt
