Efficient and friendly service as always.I would mention particularly the ladies in the parts department who are always so friendly and thorough.

The staff at Cobrige (Stoke on Trent) are always happy to " go the extra mile " to be helpful. They always remember me and are helpful with any questions. I had an issue with a plastic sliding compartment cover and they sorted it out at no extra cost when the car was serviced, m.o.t d and washed. Excellent.

Been a customer with Cobridge branch for past 20 years and always received personalised excellent service. Recent centralised servicing booking service failed to give me an suitable timely appointment, as a result the service got delayed, I will try to make booking with Stoke team in future.
