The garage and staff were all good The booking experience and trying to contact the dealership were appalling I tried to book both of my Mercedes’ in for service it was difficult to get contact through the phone system then only one car was booked in and nobody came back to me about the second I therefore had to go through all the systems again to book the second car It might save you money booking centrally but it certainly doesn’t give customer satisfaction

Booking an appointment is always very difficult - customer always has to fit in with your availability not the other way round - this part of the service offering could be substantially improved. Once at the dealership ( Hanley ) the workshop staff are excellent. We have used this dealership over the past 6 years and it's always been the same. So in brief booking needs a big improvement , Service staff are excellent and make one want return.

It was very easy to arrange the service. As I work, I was offered the chance to have my car collected and returned. This made the whole experience much easier. I was delighted in the way that the car had been valeted and the telephone call from the service department to update me on progress.

The reason I selected Yes to your question 6 is, that I am waiting for a spare part for my car.The service and information provided by your staff is excellent. I have not been charged anything until the part has been installed, that was a pleasant surprise.I feel well looked after by Lookers!
