Graham simm was fantastic. So helpful with different options and talking me through the finance. My husband was also chuffed with his customer service (which takes a lot!) He should get a bonus or something as the only reason I stayed with lookers was because of his great people skills and communication.

I am always very pleased with Lookers of Stoke. Their staff are always informative and polite keeping me informed about my car while it’s in for its MOT and service.I really appreciate that because we have the service plan the car is collected and returned to us by a very nice person, who is friendly and courteous. This is important as we live 40 minutes from Stoke. I did struggle slightly booking my car in through central booking, as we needed it collecting and returning to us.I bought my Mercedes from Lookers of Stoke and have had every MOT and service with them ever since and would not consider any other dealership when buying another Mercedes or having any work done on my current vehicle.

Service excellent as usual

I was disappointed that there was no option for a courtesy car, although I do understand the reasons. As I live on my own I had to wait for my car, again not always convenient. Perhaps a collection and delivery service could be offered to customers.? However the service team at Lookers Mercedes, Stoke were great and I feel very secure driving the car following the service

everything was perfect, Simon and the team are so easy and accommodating, they took time out to explain everything to me, i also booked in for some body work with your new body shop at the same time, brilliant service from a brilliant team, made me feel right at home.will defiantly be using the site again for all my cars needs.

The service person John is very good he addressed everything on my vehicle and the service team did a wonderful job. As my car felt more responsive and healthier after service and updated the car. I have been a mercedes customer for 5 years and even though they are a little pricey to own and service it is definitely worth it.
