Your service at dealership was excellent.I phoned what I thought was the Stoke dealership and ended up at a call centre. I explained what the problem was and he booked the car in in 4 weeks time.I went straight to the dealership and asked if any one could just check that I had not touched something on the touch screen that had stopped the reversing camera and parking sensors from working. A technician went to the car and checked, then took the car into the workshop for a few minutes. After checking he told me the car required the software reloading and it would take between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 hours. I took the car in the next morning and 2 hours later it was sorted.You need somebody with more understanding of faults on cars and what is required to put them right.It is a different matter when booking a car in for a stander service.

I think it would be good if the car could have a good valet and clean when it's in for a service. My car had been very quickly cleaned, but it wasn't thorough. It would make it a nice touch when paying for your service your car was handed back clean inside and out.
