Stoke Mercedes Service department are very good. polite and well informed staff.The central booking process is truly awful, every time I've used it.I would much prefer to call Stoke, speak to the people at Stoke, and deal solely with the people at my chosen dealership. I will never want to talk to any centralised anything, there absolutely no need for it.

Good service

Went for an MOT , but do have my yearly services there, on the note of servicing my car , I do think that the price is really expensive compared to other garages. I feel that sometimes , I am just paying for the name 'Mercedes', so it looks good on my paperwork when I decide to sell it, that it's been maintained by Mercedes rather than a local garage but really the servicing is exactly the same. There should be sort sort of discount for loyalty.
