I have been coming to the Dealership for around 10 years now and have never had any complaints. I have an older vehicle which arguably needs more attention and is more likely to have "after service" issues, but it never has. I am very confident that when there is an issue, it is diagnosed and fixed correctly, first time and stays fixed, which is why I still use a Main Dealership rather than a local garage.

I was booked in for a MOT. I received the reminder and rang to book my car in. However, I normally have my car collected, but there were no available dates before my MOT was due. Likewise, there were no available slots for me to be able to wait for my car. The only available date for a drop off and leave appointment was 2 weeks before my MOT was due, so I had to take it even though it was a struggle to organise a lift to take me home and drop me back to pick up my car.Therefore, it might be an idea to send the reminders out a little earlier, so there are more available slots to choose from.
