Your initial letter stating that the car had been recalled, stated the job would take 2 hours to complete, it took 4 hours. I Iive 20 plus away from Mercedes Stoke, so was stranded in Hanley, a very unpleasant experience to say the least.

Yes, when my car was delivered home it was raining, but when the car dried out next day it was covered in dirty muddy splatter marks all over like it had been used in the RAC rally.I was not impressed with this situation.

Graham Simm was very helpful, not pushy (which is greatly appreciated), knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and the process given we have a cherished plate. Excellent service from beginning to end. Having bought cars from MB Stoke for 30 years and dealt with many staff over that time we found Graham one of the best.

Harry - was absolutely superb - he was really helpful - and above all knew all about the car - the extras and the specification - it was a rare car as well - and had just come in so hats off to an amazing sales fellow - awesome - helpful supportive followed up and was absolutely 100%
