Communication on the day my car was with Mercedes’ was excellent. The mechanic that tended to my car also came out and explained what they had done when I came to collect. All people that I spoke with on the day were extremely helpful and polite. The concern with my car was something that the dealership experiences a lot so although I had been quoted I was not required to pay which I was great full for. All round good experience.

Usual good service on the mechanical side. Interior left with numerous dirty marks to seats, door card and drivers head rest - which was disappointing. My car had been recently valeted on the inside and the porcelain leather cleaned and treated ahead of a family funeral, so the condition it was returned in was noticeable. Looks like the valet was rushed.

Very pleased with the experience. I was dealt with promptly even though I was early. The mot was carried out quickly. All the staff I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful.
