I rang to book my car for a service and was initially confused as I was asked where I wanted to have the service done....I didn't realise the call centre covered several dealerships.Also my car registration details were completely wrong, no idea how that happened but obviously a mistake when the booking was taken. Other than that everyone was very welcoming & courteous and the car was serviced within the time quoted to me

I was told over the phone that the car would be given a full valet and clean but this was not the case.

I always feel as if the jobs the car goes in for are taken care off, Always nice and cleanand everything taken care of.
