I enjoyed my time with Graham and he did his best to help me and it was not his fault that I have not completed. I did tell him if I proceeded I would personally look him up. I am over 80, have cancer among other complaints and have owned my current Mercedes less than a year. My illness has arisen again which has meant that progress is out of the question

Having had all our cars from you for almost 25 years, I have always been pleased to receive personal service from people who knew me and our cars. When I tried to book my wife's car in for service I was extremely disappointed to be put through to someone in a central booking service at Worcester who was less than useless In the end I demanded to speak to someone in Stoke. I booked my own car in for its next service a couple of days ago and I made sure that I spoke to someone at Stoke who knew me and my car. Lookers need to remember that MB of Stoke has long enjoyed a reputation for individual service. Loose that and people will take their trade elsewhere, including me!
