Mark England the salesman who sold us the car saw that we had come back with it and came over to see us and got us a coffee while we waited for the service team to fix the car. This was a really nice peace of customer relations by Mark who always looks after us when we call in

Always find Mercedes service to be very good. The visual report is very informative and helpful and it’s good to see underneath the car. This found a broken spring which was replaced same day as service. Booking the service on line was easy and easy to follow the instructions.
