I asked for a phone call on the number we gave to the receptionist on leaving the car, phone call was made but to the wrong phone number . Luckily did receive a text to say it was ready, the receptionist seemed oblivious of us receiving any communication. The service engineer was extremely professional and pleasant.

Excellent staff as usual, very knowledgeable, friendly but always remaining professional. I would like to give a special thanks to John Hancock in service who went above and beyond.
