Disappointed that i have had to wait from May 22 and still waiting for a part, reversing camera. In the meantime i have hit my car bumper and now need it to be repaired.Also the outside of this my car came back all lovely and clean. the inside had only received a dash board wipe. This is a disappointing standard for Lookers. they had my car for a service and MOT, i wanted it returning in show room condition which has been my previous experience, although i did once before have to complain.

Karen Kelsall was very friendly and professional, she was also very efficient in making and sending personalised videos of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing.All of the staff were very helpful, even with the two puppies we had to bring with us when viewing the vehicle, and the whole buying experience was made very pleasurable.We are very happy with our new vehicle.Thank you Karen from Nick & Caroline (and Ruby & Eddie) :)
