Personally when the key (ordered a replacement) had been delivered there was no communication m. I had to contact to make sure it had been delivered. There was a missed opportunity for myself to be contacted and offer an earlier appointment

Considering how quiet the dealership is I was quite surprised by the lack lustre Reception staff. I can’t say they weren’t helpful, they were but slouching in their chair and looking at their mobile phone doesn’t really suggest an interest in customer service.
