1) A confirmation email stating date, time and place of pickup.2) Two of the three faults reported - squealing front discs still squeal and I had no feed back on the premature wear on the drivers front seat bolster.

It would help if you could state the date of the visit as i am not sure if this survey is for my service (mid April) or the recall (July 5th)Service was fine, car was cleaned too, not so on the recall, not even a jet wash to the exterior. It’s the little things that people notice, get them correct and it would improve your customer satisfaction no end.

I had a recall and in the letter it suggested that a courtesy vehicle could be available and that the service could collect the car. Neither of these options were available. Other than that it was a good service.
