Took a while to get a booking slot available for MOT and service and also collection wasn’t available until after MOT had expired. Also not directly related but booking online a £30 fee is required for collection but I was told ifYou have a service plan then it’s free. This fee should be removed on the website

The overall experience was amazing. This dealership was so kind and supportive. All the staff was absolutely amazing especially Karen Kelsall, she was so caring and helping us in to buying this car.
