The driver who picked my car up to make this easier for me actually went above duty as still picked my car up from home when he already had a car needed to return to garage which doubled his journeys to work.

Fantastic communication throughout the process of buying my new Mercedes. Mercedes of Stoke even offered to drop off my new car at my place of work as I was struggling to get to the garage due to work commitments. Brilliant service and I am very pleased

I would probably not have bought my car from you if it was not for the salesman Mark England. He was terrific. Easy going, informative, knowledgable and put us at ease. He has a tremendous rapport with people and strong communication skills. He kept us upto date at all stages of the purchase and ensured the car was prepped to our liking. He needs to be commended. If only all sales folk were like him!!!! Ensure you keep this man in your team.

Based on trust we already have when buying from a MERC dealer, it would be really nice to check the vehicle thoroughly and fix minor issues before delivering to the customer just for the peace of mind or at least admit on time that there may be issues like cracked windscreen rather this taking your customer by surprise .Overall , a very good experience and any issues raised were quickly resolved satisfactorily .

After my last service/MOT on 6th October 2021 I was presented with an Inspection Document that informed me that my front brake pads were soon in need of replacement and the front discs were also worn below specification. The rear brakes were classed as in good condition.I was told there was no immediate need for the work and could expect maybe another 5000 miles from the car.I asked what price the repair would cost and was told it would be £375When the brake pad wear indicator came on, I booked the car in for the work that I had been informed would need to be completed during the last inspection.I was therefore surprised when I was told that the front discs were fine and not worn out but the front pads AND the rear brake pads and discs were completely worn out - and this would cost £575I had the work completed but was left wondering what the previous inspection was all about?It has not left me with a very good impression about recommendations for future work from your Service Department
