Not sure if car was valeted in a rush - it was nice but not without minor oversights. Graham Simm was excellent and his 'how to' videos really appreciated. I missed kerb damage to front rim and evidence of a minor bump to front but that is on me for not checking carefully enough presale. Overall, very happy. Love the car. We will be back to Stoke for servicing.

Excellent service from making the initial appointment by phone. Pleasant and professional welcome at Reception. I was with my grandchild and when the car was ready a member of staff reversed it right to the door! 👍Excellent service. Very impressed.

dealing with MB at Stoke was a unique experience, professional people with a very friendly sales approach & manner.No heavy sales pitch just relaxed negoiations with an amicable result.A minor problem with the vehicle being purchased was resolved and their honesty was a rare attribute in today's world. I'm delighted with the A Class I purchased, a special mention must go to Karen Kelsall, the Sales Executive for the exemplary way she managed the deal.Many thanks.
