Most amazing service ever seen, great customer service from the dealership staff themselves and also my technician Jordan barker was very professional sending me video updates and explaining to me every issue and providing me with a great insight of my car, he was very knowledgeable and did a A class job! Took a bit longer than expected

I have been a customer of Stoke Mercedes since the late 90's. The personnel on the service side of the business are mostly the same as I got to know 20+ years ago. It is very reassuring to know that the staff are a stable part of the business with whom you can always discuss any problems there may be.

Keeping the high level of standard!

It was a recall so no issues. Would have liked it to have been cleaned for the inconvenience of taking it in for a recall.

The salesman Jeff Ridgeway was extremely helpful in every respect. Unfortunately we realised that the car which we "had our eye on" would have been too wide to fit into our garage (or at least I wouldn't have been able to get out of it once I had driven it in. Full marks for the entire experience.
